Signature Vibez LLC (“Signature Vibez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Georgia limited liability company authorized to transact business in Illinois as a foreign limited liability company.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when individuals, students, parents, guardians, educators, schools, organizations, businesses, vendors, event attendees, athletes, creators, contractors, partners, and other users interact with our websites, applications, platforms, products, programs, events, digital portfolios, NFC-enabled products, QR codes, educational services, workforce-development services, consulting services, community platforms, and related offerings.

Collectively, these are referred to as the “Services.”

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to current and future Signature Vibez Services, including:

Websites and landing pages;

Digital portfolios and professional profiles;

NFC cards, tags, merchandise, and connected products;

QR codes and digital identity tools;

School, student, athlete, alumni, mentor, employer, and partner portals;

Educational and workforce-development programs;

Career-readiness and professional-development services;

Event registration, ticketing, production, and activations;

Directories, communities, marketplaces, and membership programs;

Mobile and web applications;

Artificial-intelligence-powered tools and automations;

Customer relationship management and analytics tools;

Physical products, digital products, and subscription services;

Consulting, branding, marketing, and technology services; and

Other products, platforms, programs, and services that link to this Privacy Policy.

A separate agreement, school contract, program consent form, event release, vendor agreement, or supplemental privacy notice may apply to a particular Service. Where a separate agreement imposes stricter privacy requirements, the stricter requirements will control.

Depending on how you interact with Signature Vibez, we may collect the following categories of information.

Payment-card numbers and banking information may be collected and processed directly by third-party payment processors. Signature Vibez may receive limited transaction information, such as the payment amount, payment status, card type, and the last digits of a payment method.

Users should not enter highly sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, passwords, financial-account credentials, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other information that is unnecessary for the requested service.

Fulfil purchases and provide customer support;

Communicate about accounts, programs, events, opportunities, and transactions;

Connect users with schools, employers, mentors, partners, vendors, sponsors, or opportunities when authorized;

Operate artificial-intelligence tools;

Provide reports to contracting organizations, subject to applicable agreements and privacy requirements;

We will not use student information obtained through a school relationship for unrelated targeted advertising or sell such information for independent commercial purposes.

Where Signature Vibez provides Services through a school, district, college, university, employer, nonprofit, sponsor, team, or other organization, we may provide that organization with information related to:

Registration;

Eligibility;

Attendance;

Participation;

Program completion;

Deliverables;

Progress;

Outcomes;

Safety;

Contract administration; and

Aggregated or de-identified reporting.

The applicable contract or consent form may further limit how information is used or disclosed.

C. User-Directed Sharing

We may disclose information when a user or authorized representative directs us to do so. For example, users may choose to publish a digital portfolio, share an NFC profile, join a directory, submit information to an employer, or connect with a mentor.

Users are responsible for reviewing profile visibility and understanding that publicly shared content may be viewed, copied, saved, indexed, or redistributed by others.

D. Business Transactions

Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, due-diligence process, or transfer of some or all of Signature Vibez’s operations. Any successor will remain subject to applicable legal obligations concerning personal information.

E. Legal, Security, and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

Comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process;

Respond to lawful government requests;

Protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Signature Vibez, our users, students, children, partners, or the public;

6. Sale and Targeted Advertising

Signature Vibez does not sell personal information for money.

Certain analytics or advertising technologies may be legally classified as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising in some jurisdictions. Where applicable, users may exercise available opt-out rights by contacting us or using a privacy-preference tool made available through the Services.

We do not sell personal information belonging to children or students.

7. Children and Minors

Signature Vibez serves schools, youth organisations, families, student-athletes, and workforce-development programs. Some Services may involve minors.

Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization or verifiable parental consent when required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

Where a school authorizes collection on behalf of a parent for a school-directed educational purpose, Signature Vibez will use the information only for the authorized educational purpose and as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

A parent or guardian may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child’s information.

Users Ages 13 to 17

Users under the age of majority may use the Services only with permission from a parent, guardian, school, or authorized program administrator when required.

Signature Vibez may require additional consent forms, media releases, program agreements, or verification before activating certain features.

Public Student Profiles

A student’s portfolio or profile will not be made publicly available unless authorised through the applicable program, consent process, or account setting. Schools and guardians should avoid making unnecessary student information publicly accessible.

8. Educational Records and FERPA

Signature Vibez is not itself an educational institution subject to FERPA merely because it provides education-related Services. However, when Signature Vibez receives personally identifiable information from education records through a school or institution subject to FERPA, we will process that information in accordance with:

The applicable school or institutional agreement;

The school’s authorization;

Applicable FERPA requirements;

Legitimate educational purposes; and

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards.

Where Signature Vibez acts under the FERPA school-official exception, we may be subject to the school’s direct control regarding the use and maintenance of education records and may not redisclose them except as permitted by law.

Schools remain responsible for determining whether disclosure to Signature Vibez is legally authorised and for providing any notices or obtaining any consents required by law.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to:

Operate essential website and account functions;

Remember user preferences;

Authenticate users;

Maintain security;

Analyse traffic and usage;

Measure marketing effectiveness;

Improve performance; and

10. Artificial Intelligence

Signature Vibez may use artificial intelligence to support content creation, portfolio development, career guidance, recommendations, customer service, data organisation, workflow automation, analytics, and other Services.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Users must independently review AI-generated output before relying on, publishing, submitting, or acting upon it.

We may use third-party AI providers to process user inputs. We will configure and contract with providers in a manner intended to protect information based on the nature of the Service, but no external system is risk-free.

We will not intentionally use confidential student information obtained through a school to train a general commercial AI model without lawful authorization.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

Provide the Services;

Maintain an account or portfolio;

Complete a contract or program;

Fulfil legal, tax, accounting, reporting, or insurance obligations;

Resolve disputes;

Enforce agreements;

Protect against fraud and abuse; and

Maintain legitimate business records.

Retention periods vary by information type, contractual obligation, user status, school requirements, and applicable law.

Student and child information will not be retained indefinitely. When the information is no longer reasonably necessary for the authorised educational or program purpose, we will delete or de-identify it unless continued retention is required by law or contract.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information.

These measures may include:

Signature Vibez is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
