Refunds, if approved, are issued solely at Signature Vibez's discretion unless required by law.
Clients agree to:
Provide requested information promptly.
Supply necessary content, logos, approvals, and assets.
Review deliverables within requested timelines.
Ensure they own or have permission to use submitted materials.
Delays in client communication may delay project completion.
Unless expressly transferred through a signed written agreement:

Systems
Templates
Educational materials
Software
Source files
Processes
AI workflows
Automation systems
Digital portfolio architecture
Branding systems

Business methodologies
Clients receive only the usage rights specifically granted in their agreement.
Nothing in these Terms transfers Signature Vibez's intellectual property.
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By providing content, you grant Signature Vibez a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for providing the requested Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to all submitted content.
You agree not to:
Break any laws.
Upload malicious software.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Reverse engineer our systems.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Harass others.
Misrepresent your identity.
Interfere with our Services.
Use our Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

For event services:
Deliverables are governed by the signed proposal or agreement.
Event schedules may change due to weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary venue permissions unless otherwise agreed.
Signature Vibez may substitute equivalent equipment or personnel when necessary.
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms including payment processors, scheduling tools, social media platforms, cloud providers, AI services, CRM systems, and hosting providers.
We are not responsible for outages, policies, or actions of third-party providers.
Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
Some Services may incorporate artificial intelligence tools.
AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication or business use.
Signature Vibez does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
Clients remain responsible for final approval.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during a project.
Confidential information does not include information that:
Becomes publicly available.
Was already known.
Is independently developed.
Must be disclosed by law.
Unless prohibited by a written agreement, Signature Vibez may reference completed work in:
Portfolios
Marketing materials
Presentations
Case studies
Social media
Confidential information will not be disclosed without permission.
Clients may opt out by notifying Signature Vibez in writing before project completion.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Vibez disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Vibez shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Lost business opportunities
Lost data
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Special damages
Punitive damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signature Vibez LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from:
Your use of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your submitted content.
Your violation of another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Payments remain overdue.
Continued service creates legal or security risks.
Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Georgia unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Signature Vibez may update these Terms periodically.
Material changes will become effective upon posting an updated version with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any signed proposals, contracts, statements of work, invoices, order forms, or additional written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the applicable Services.
